Lizzie Bird - Lizzie is the specialist in recruitment processes and career counselling. She has extensive Graduate and MBA recruitment experience (Shell International and Arthur D Little), where she has worked internationally to attract and select top talent. Having trained as a career counsellor, Lizzie is dedicated to helping young adults find their way in the world of employment and ensuring they are well prepared to deal with selection processes. Lizzie continues to work as a consultant recruitment adviser, interview trainer and career coach to commercial organisations and business schools.

Will Jodrell - Will is the expert in how to build and maintain effective relationships. He is a sales and operations manager who understands what it takes to get people and organisations to perform. His career in Express Logistics (DHL) and IT (Reuters) meant he was running teams of hundreds of people from his mid twenties - and what's more, doing it well. His work has taken him all over the world and he is passionate about unlocking the individual's performance and creativity within commercial and sales teams to improve results. As well as working with graduates and MBA students on corporate schemes, he acts as a coach to international sales teams to help their performance.

Rupert Angel - Rupert is the strategy, research and communications part of the team. He has a B2B (Barclays Bank) background where he has specialised in challenging the status quo, creating visions of how things can be and building the teams to make that change happen. This applies as much to launching new products as making sure organisations are getting the best from the people they take on. He can't bear to see companies waste the ideas and talent that they have and sees a fantastic opportunity to improve business performance by getting the people bit right. He continues to work on exciting marketing and new product projects whilst creating new Graduate Development experiences.
