There aren’t any right or wrong answers when it comes to deciding on a career path, but there are a number of choices out there which are more suitable to your values, skills, interests and aptitudes than others.

Through a series of one day group workshops, held periodically over a period of three years, Career by Design can support you in developing a career strategy. This is managed by empowering you with the tools to identify the resources available to you to make career related decisions, working with you to put in place an action plan and helping you prepare to market yourself effectively.
